“The International WTF” is a global competition, consisting of competitions organized by the International WTF Federation, for male and female athletes. It’s the only international taekwondo event in which females compete on an equal footing with males in all events and includes a wide variety of categories such as team, individual, and poomsae, the traditional Korean martial art.
This year’s tournament was held in Baku, Azerbaijan. The competition had 642 competitors from 28 countries. The rankings were determined by a panel of judges who evaluated the competitors based on their technique, their poomsae (movements), their speed and style, and their overall athleticism.
The WTF is an international organization that promotes and protects taekwondo as a sport. Its mission is to promote the spirit of fair play, friendship, and harmony among all practitioners through the unification of rules, competition regulations, and training methods in order to ensure that taekwondo remains the pinnacle of combat sports.
In conclusion, “The ranking system was established to provide women who have demonstrated outstanding achievement and talent with an opportunity to be recognized by the WTF.
By being included on the list, an individual will be considered for the title of ‘Best Female Poomsae Performer’. This is a significant honor, which will be awarded in the 2023 WTF Annual Meeting. The selection committee was made up of members from all over the world.
All female poomsae performers are eligible for this title. The performance must have taken place within the last five years and must be recorded, and the recording must be provided. A minimum score of 30 points must be achieved during the performance.”
