World Taekwondo recognized the most important poomsae as the following May 2023 list. The Poomsae ranking list is the most comprehensive listing of poomsae (the Korean word for technique). The poomsae that make up this list are divided into two categories: men’s poomsae and women’s poomsae. Men’s poomsae are the most important, which are further divided into four levels. Women’s poomsae include the same four levels as men’s poomsae. Poomsae is a series of movements used in Taekwondo.
