Kyorugi is a form of self-defense where the defender must keep his opponent off balance, disarm him or her, and use the momentum of the attack to break the opponent’s balance and throw them to the ground.
Because Kyorugi is a grappling exercise, it can be a powerful tool for women who are interested in self-defense. In Kyorugi, women gain greater flexibility and a stronger core than in the typical self-defense system.
Conclusion,
To achieve the World Taekwondo Female Olympic Kyorugi ranking, you need to start practicing, working hard, and being consistent from day 1. Don’t worry if you lose in the beginning, just try harder, and you will get better. This ranking is very important for the next taekwondo summer camp and taekwondo world champion.
